Here are the average delivery times for all our packages:

- Cut-off time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Delivery time: 4–8 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Shipping partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx
- Shipping cost: Free
- Total delivery time: 5–10 business days, divided into two stages:
   – 1–2 business days for order processing
   – 4–8 business days for delivery

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your shipment.

You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status HERE.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please first contact the courier for assistance.
If the issue persists after contacting the courier, please reach out to us and we will help investigate and/or file a claim on your behalf.

If You Are Not Home

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

• attempt delivery again, or
• deliver your parcel to a nearby collection point or parcel shop.

If delivery cannot be completed according to the courier’s procedure, the parcel may be returned to us.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, return shipping costs will be charged according to the courier’s standard fees.

To change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order, or before the daily cut-off time:
