Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days from the receipt of the return address. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

Receive Instructions – We'll confirm your return within 24 hours (on weekdays) and send you the return address below: Returns 2F, Building C, Dingfeng Science and Technology Park, Qiaotang Road, Fuhai Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, so we can match your return to your order.

Prepare Your Parcel – Pack items carefully. Return shipping, including the cost of postage and tracking, is your responsibility.

Use a Tracked Service – To avoid lost or delayed parcels, please choose a trackable delivery method. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Typical return fees start from around 10 USD, depending on the courier and parcel size.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and find a solution.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days. Please note your bank may require additional time to process the credit.
Interested in an Exchange?
Want a different size or item? Let us know in your return email, and we’ll help process an exchange if stock is available.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after purchase.
After this time, cancellation isn’t possible because the processing and packing of your order has already begun.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@novas-jewellery.com with your order number.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a reduced refund may apply if:
